This is another sauce that goes well with all beef and chicken stir fry recipes I've tried.
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1 1/2 c water
- 1/8 t white pepper
- 1/4 t ginger powder
- 1/4 t onion powder
- 1/2 t sugar
- 2 T ground fresh chili paste

what kind of peppers?

There are no peppers in the recipe, just some ground white pepper and some chili paste.
